The Divae Project is the heir of the Roman Divae, who in 1995 with the album "Determination" were one of the most popular realities of the post-70s Italian prog scene. This mini album tells six stories, suspended between rock and experimentalism, connecting prog, hard-rock, psychedelia, classical-contemporary music, electric and acoustic instruments, vintage and modern sounds, melody and rhythms that are never static. The project was born from the union between Guido Bellachioma (music critic, director of the magazine "Prog Italia" and of the Progressivo Festival since 1993) and Davide Pistoni (multi-instrumentalist and composer of superfine talent), who together developed the ideas up to the final mixing for a full-bodied and nuanced sound. Around they have brought together some of the best Italian musicians of yesterday and today, as well as creating new music to be married to the voice of Demetrio Stratos - "Stratosferico" - and to the drums of Giulio Capiozzo - "L'urlo" - thanks to the collaboration of Daniela Ronconi , wife of Stratos, and of Christian Capiozzo, son of Giulio. The second side is occupied by the reinterpretation of three songs from Osanna's first album, "L’uomo", which will turn 50 on 10 August. In the suite, which combined "Introduzione and" l'uomo ", Lino Vairetti, soul of the Osanna, is present at the voice and the harmonica; in "L'amore vincerà di nuovo" is sung by Gazebo, an icon of the 80s with "I Like Chophin" and "Masterpiece", which demonstrates a total passion for the rock of the seventies. The artwork is completed by a color poster, 30x60 cm, designed, like the cover, by Giuliano Piccininno (Dampyr, Zagor, Alan Ford, Le Orme).
